1. Agreement To Terms

By booking, requesting a quote, or using transportation services from Carlitoway Elite Transportation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

We provide private ground transportation in NYC, surrounding areas, and selected interstate routes (including NJ, CT, and PA), subject to vehicle and driver availability.

3. Bookings And Confirmations

• Quotes shown on the site are estimates unless explicitly confirmed as fixed rates.
• A booking is confirmed only after direct confirmation from Carlitoway.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, date/time, and contact details.

4. Pricing, Tolls, And Additional Charges

• Published pricing may exclude special requests, waiting time, parking, or additional stops.
• Tolls, congestion fees, and regulatory surcharges may apply when relevant.
• Applicable extras are communicated during booking confirmation whenever possible.

5. Cancellations And No-Shows

• Cancellations should be made as early as possible.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged based on scheduled service and driver dispatch status.

6. Passenger Conduct And Safety

• Passengers must follow driver safety instructions at all times.
• Unsafe, illegal, or abusive behavior may result in service refusal or termination.
• Seat belt use is required where applicable by law.

7. Luggage And Personal Property

Passengers are responsible for personal belongings. Carlitoway is not liable for items left in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist with recovery when possible.

8. Service Delays And Limitations

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, public events, or other circumstances outside our control.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carlitoway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

10. Changes To Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective upon posting on this page.
